Hello!

My name is Milan Bekkink, and I am a 20-year-old Finance & Control student from the Netherlands. From August 1st until the end of December, I will be studying at UiT The Arctic University of Norway in Tromsø as an Erasmus exchange student.

I am currently looking for accommodation during my stay. I would be happy with either a private apartment, a studio, or a room in a shared student house. My goal is to find a comfortable place where I can enjoy my exchange semester and experience everything Tromsø has to offer.

I would describe myself as a calm, friendly and respectful person. I enjoy being around other people and having a nice chat or spending time together, but I also appreciate a quiet evening at home to relax after a busy day. I am easy to live with, respectful of other people's privacy and always considerate of those around me. Every now and then, I also enjoy going into the city at the weekend to experience the local atmosphere, have a drink with friends and enjoy the social side of student life.

I am a tidy and responsible tenant who takes good care of my living space. I always keep my room clean, clean up after myself in shared areas, and treat other people's belongings and the property with respect. I don't smoke and I value a clean, peaceful and welcoming home.

In my free time I enjoy playing football, going to the gym, skiing and spending time outdoors. One of the main reasons I chose Tromsø is because I have always wanted to experience life in Northern Norway and enjoy its beautiful nature and winter activities. I also speak English well, so communication will not be a problem.
