Hello,
My name is Caleb Caulk (24M) and I am a PhD fellow at UiO from 2026-2029. My PhD will be in deep learning for subsurface imaging. I am originally from Colorado in the USA and love to hike, snowboard, and ski so very fitting for Norway :) Additionally, I like to go to the gym 4-5 times a week and like to stay active and try to meal prep once maybe twice a week. I did my masters degree at Uppsala University in Data Science (please do not assume I know everything about technology lol).

I am a tidy person who doesn't like large messes and will clean up after myself as soon as possible. I am relatively habitually and usually do laundry and cleaning once a week or bi-weekly depending on my workload (This includes the bathroom and living areas). I will be new to living in Oslo which I am excited for! I would like roommates that I can hangout with as I am a social person but also need my personal time occasionally. Since I'll be doing a PhD, I expect to spend most of my time at the University of Oslo doing research there along with the occasional conference. So, I will likely be out of the house most of the time, but I like to go out every now and then. It doesn't have to be intense and going to the bar is something I like especially if there's a cheap hamburger!

NB: I don't currently have a Norwegian ID so I cannot verify the profile this way, but I am working on it! Along with the Norwegian Bank account but I do have a Swedish Bank account so I can send money that way!
