Hello,
we are an Austrian couple that has been living in Norway for a couple of years and we are looking for a cosy home. Both of us have stable incomes and our last two landlords will confirm that we are reliable tenants. We are looking for a long term rent, we are only moving now because our current landlord needs the apartment by himself.
We are looking for a small apartment with 1 to 2 bedrooms in about 45 min commuter distance to Aker brygge. The apartment should have a balcony as well as a bod and a garage.
The ideal move in date would be first of September, as this aligns with our move out date.
What else to say: Party times are well behind us, we are non smokers and have no pets.
