Hello! My name is Simeon and I am an EU citizen from Bulgaria.

I am a recently admitted master's student at NMBU. I am looking for a place to rent for 2 years while I finish my degree.

My mother comes to me quite often and I would like a place with an extra bedroom for her.

I am currently employed remotely as a paralegal and I have a stable income. I can provide bank statements and proof of income showing that I have the means to cover the rent. I can provide proof of admission to NMBU and proof of a clean background check from my home country.

I understand that many landlords are eager to accept a foreigner with no credit history in Norway, so I am open to committing to paying 1 extra month's deposit if necessary. My mother also works full time, she is a healthcare worker with authorization from the Norwegian Directorate of Health. We neither smoke nor drink. We are very quiet and tidy and as we are both extremely busy we just want a nice and quiet place to relax after work and studies. We want somewhere with a quiet, residential/family friendly atmosphere. No nightclubs etc nearby please!
