Hi, my name is Wenhao Gu (25 years old, from China), I will be a PhD candidate at Handelshoyskolen BI in this August, so I'm finding a rental housing. I can't speak Norwegian yet, but I'm currently learning it.
I am a quiet, responsible and clean person. I do not smoke, I have no pets, and I am very tidy and respectful of both private and shared spaces. As a doctoral student, I spend most of my time reading and conducting research, which means I lead a calm lifestyle and value a peaceful living environment. Apart from that, I like fitness and sports (e.g. jogging, soccer, badminton, swimming, ......), by the way, I also want to learn skiing in Norway.
As PhD is also an employee, I have stable funding for my entire studies. So I can guarantee that rent will be paid on time. And I would take great care of your apartment/studio.
I can provide my admission letter, or you can ask HR of BI to prove my identity. (As I haven't yet arrived in Norway, I am unable to perform the BankID verification at present. This process will be completed gradually after I arrive in Oslo in August.)
