Hi!
My name is Maximilian Völk, I am 21 years old from Germany, and I am looking for a room in a nice student kollektiv in Bergen.
I am studying International Financial Management at Nürtingen-Geislingen University in Germany, and I will be an exchange student at HVL (Western Norway University of Applied Sciences) for the full academic year 2026/2027.
In my free time, I am very interested in the financial markets and keeping up with economic trends. I also like doing sports, and back here in Germany, I regularly play tennis with friends. Besides that, I am really looking forward to exploring the beautiful nature and mountains around Bergen.
Since this is my first time living in a proper student kollektiv, I am very excited about it! I believe I will fit in perfectly because I am an easy-going, reliable, and open-minded person. I deeply respect everyone's privacy and busy study schedules, but I also value a clean, tidy, and peaceful home where everyone helps out with chores.
My rent is fully secured through my Erasmus grant and personal savings. Since I am currently still in Germany, I am always happy to arrange a quick video call on WhatsApp or Zoom to introduce myself!
