I'm an international student arriving in Trondheim to study at NTNU around the 15th of August, and my stay covers one semester — so I would be looking to rent until the 15th of December. I completely understand that a 4-month stay may be less than ideal, and I'd be happy to discuss paying a higher monthly rate or the full amount upfront as a gesture of goodwill and commitment.
A little about me: I'm a 25-year-old woman, currently finishing my master's degree in architecture at the University of Warsaw. I'm a quiet and tidy tenant — no pets, no smoking, no parties. I speak excellent English and have been studying Norwegian for several years, so communication won't be an issue. Most of my days will be spent at the NTNU campus or working remotely from my room, with weekend excursions around the region.
