We are Ian (35) and Madeleine (33) and we are looking for a long-term rental apartment in Oslo.

We are originally from Canada and relocated to Oslo for a work contract. Ian works as a Project Manager on a large construction project in Hønefoss and Madeleine works remote for a company in Canada. We live a fairly quiet lifestyle and take great care of the places we live. Madeleine owned her home in Canada and Ian is a landlord for an apartment in the United Kingdom. We are non-smokers, have no dependents, and appreciate a calm home environment.

We are looking for:
• 1-bedroom apartment
• Preferably furnished or partly furnished
• Centrally located
• EV-Parking if possible
• Good access to public transport
• July 1, 2026 move-in date
• Long-term rental preferred

A little about us:
• Reliable and tidy tenants
• Stable income
• Multi-year work contract and associated residency permit
• Our Norwegian at the moment is poor but we are working on it!
• References and documentation available upon request
