Hi! I'm Lorenzo, a 22-year-old Master's student in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano (Italy). I will be attending the University of Stavanger (UiS) for my Erasmus exchange, and I am looking for a room to rent from August 1st to December 31st.
Here is a little bit about me as a tenant:
Experienced in shared living: I currently live in a shared student house in Milan. I am perfectly accustomed to sharing spaces, respecting other people's schedules, and keeping common areas—especially the kitchen and bathroom—clean and organized.
Quiet and structured routine: I am an easygoing, responsible, and tidy person. During the week, my routine mostly consists of attending classes, studying, and going to the gym for my workouts. I am not a party person and I value a peaceful home environment.
Financially reliable: I have a guaranteed income (Erasmus scholarship + personal funds) to cover all my living expenses, so rent will always be paid strictly on time.
