Hello!🙂
We are Kinga and Marcin, a calm long-term marriage in our 40s looking for a quieter and greener everyday life.
Marcin works as a chef and has many years of experience in the restaurant industry in Oslo, including working as a head chef. I am an artist and have also been involved in volunteer work with Homeless people in Frelsesarmeens Migrasjonssenter and in animal shelter, which is something very important to me personally.
At the moment we are receiving sick leave NAV benefits due to a difficult personal period, but we have stable income, good financial overview, and very good references from both previous landlords and Utleiemegleren. We have never had any problems with rent payments or complaints from neighbours. Marcin is soon going back to work and I am starting Avklaring course from NAV to look for good oportunities for myself.
We live a quiet lifestyle and take very good care of our home. We are looking for a place where we can feel like at home.
I love plants, and at the balcony in summer I grow my own herbs and vegetables, so indoor space is important for us.
We would also like to be honest and mention that we have a very old indoor cat named Milka. She is 19 years old, sterilised and indoor. She has never caused any damage in previous apartments and is very much part of our family.
We have all own furnitures.
We are looking for long term offer in quiet neighbourhood in 1st zone in Oslo. At least 45m2. We don't look for basement apartment.
