Hello, Xahid,

We are four employed tenants, all working as truck drivers in Oslo -Alnabru area. We are currently looking for a two-bedroom apartment and would like to present ourselves as serious, stable, and long-term tenants.
The reason for us moving out is that our company garage is relocating to a new area, and we would like to live closer to our workplace in order to reduce commuting distance and improve our daily schedule.
We are responsible and reliable people with stable employment. We have always paid our rent and utilities on time and have never had any delays or issues with previous landlords. If needed, we can provide recommendations, both from our employer and from our previous landlord.
We are looking for a long-term rental with a proper contract and would like to move around mid-August, or no later than the beginning of September.
Additionally, we are able to pay a three-month deposit in advance.
