Hi everyone!

My name is Max, I’m 23 years old, and I am moving to Trondheim this August for an exchange semester at NTNU. I am looking for a cozy room in a shared apartment (kollektiv) or a small studio/hybel from August to December.

About me:
I am a Mechanical Engineering student from Berlin. I’d describe myself as a calm, tidy, and very reliable person. In my free time, I love staying active—you’ll usually find me at the gym or out on my bike. I always enjoy a nice chat over a coffee in the kitchen, but I also fully respect a closed door and everyone's need for privacy during a busy semester.

Why you’ll love having me as a tenant/flatmate:

Cleanliness & Order: For me, a clean kitchen and tidy common areas are a matter of course. I have experience living in shared flats and know how important it is to contribute to a great atmosphere and stick to cleaning schedules.

Handy & Solution-Oriented: Being an engineering student, I’m quite good with my hands. Whether a bike needs some tuning, small things in the apartment need a quick fix, or a creative solution is required—I’m always happy to help out!

Easy Communication: My Norwegian is still a work in progress, but I am fully fluent in English (and German, of course), so communication won't be an issue at all!

Reliable & Non-smoker: Rent will always be paid strictly on time. I don't smoke and don't bring any pets.

I am super flexible when it comes to digital viewings via Teams, FaceTime, or WhatsApp, and I usually reply very quickly to messages.
