Dear Sir or Madam,

my name is Rastislav, I am a Sustainability Manager, my wife is a
doctor, she will be working in Moss and Saprsborg hospital.
We are currently still in Prague, Czechia, but will be moving to Moss
shortly. We want to move there by 1st august, but possibly could rent
something there already from July if needed.
We are looking for a medium-sized apartment, ideally something
new/modern/well reconstructed and this one seems to be really what we
are looking for. Do I understand correctly that the apartment is
unurnished? We prefer to bring our own furniture anyway. What about
appliances, like dishwasher and washing machine? Could you please
also confirm the possibility of parking and possibly if there is an EV
charger nearby? We would also appreciate high speed internet for my
work, is that possible to install there?
