Dear,

We are three good friends looking for a 3 bedroom apartment in Oslo from August 1st for max 27000 kr.
We’ve known each other for a long time and are excited to find a place we can call home together.
We all have a decent income in addition to Lånekassen and have parents who can act as guarantors if needed!

All three of us are responsible, social, and easy to live with.
We each have our own routines with work/studies and enjoy spending time with friends, cooking dinners together, training, and enjoying everything Oslo has to offer.
Home is an important place for us, so we really value having a calm, cozy, and clean environment around us.

We are looking for an apartment within the neighborhoods we indicated and hope that someone can help us out before we start our studies in August.
We always take good care of where we live, are respectful towards neighbors, and understand the importance of trust between tenants and landlords. None of us smoke, and we live pretty quiet and structured everyday lives.

We hope to find an apartment that feels right for both sides, and we’d be very happy to share more information about ourselves if wanted.
