About Us
My name is Dalibor, and I have lived in Oslo for nearly four years. I am a widower raising two children who are currently in the 1st and 6th grades. As a family, we lead a very quiet and stable lifestyle.
Why we are excellent tenants:
Reliability: I have a stable job as an elektriker.
I have a consistent rental history in Oslo and can provide excellent references from my previous landlord to vouch for my character and punctuality with payments.
We have been very happy in our current home, but as the owner is planning significant renovation work this year, I am now seeking a new residence for my family.
My children are well-behaved and focused on their schoolwork. We pride ourselves on being respectful neighbors.
Clean Lifestyle: I am a non-smoker, I do not drink or use drugs, and we have no pets.
Maintenance: I treat my home with respect and ensure it is kept in excellent condition.
I still don't speak Norwegian, only English, it's hard learning a language at my age, but I'm gradually working on it.
