Hi.
We are a mature and tidy couple, Oleg (43) and Jelena (44), looking for a new home in Oslo because of a new job starting in June .We have lived in Risør for many years and are now ready for a new chapter in the capital.

A little about us:

Oleg is a qualified carpenter and is starting a new permanent job in Oslo this June.

Jelena has extensive experience as a kindergarten assistant.

We are non-smokers, quiet, and very reliable when it comes to rent payments.

We are very tidy people and will treat the property as if it were our own.

What we offer as tenants:
Since Oleg is a carpenter, we are handy and gladly help out with minor maintenance. We can provide excellent references from previous rentals upon request.

Our four-legged friends:
We have two calm indoor cats of the Sphynx (hairless) breed. They are neutered/spayed, microchipped, and very clean (they only use their litter box). Since they have no fur, they are allergy-friendly and do not shed in the home.
