Good evening, we are Litauen couple, living in Oslo our 4th year together, and we saw that You are renting a very nice apartment😊. We are really interested in Your apartment, it looks fantastic! Right now we are living not too far away, in Grorud (4th year) so it would be very easy to move in also 🤝😊. Little bit about us: My name is Egidijus, i am 26 Years old and i am currently working my 4th year in Oslo constructions😊 My company is callled VDMontasje. after work i usually go to the gym, or just relax by TV, i am a big playstation gamer 🙈😁. We dont drink at all, but i smoke regularly😊 Ofcourse, I never smoke inside the apartment. My girlfriend’s name is Migle, she is also from Litauen and currently working in XHotel (skjetten) as a housekeeping 😊. Its a big plus, Your place is gonna look always tidy ☺️😅. She also goes to the gym with me, or just reads something, cooks, watches TV shows 😊 She doesnt drink also, but smokes sometimes. We have also a small 6 year old pet rabbit, Her name is Dule and she is very good girl, knows how to use toilet box, doesnt destroy furniture, never bited a person, we also have a cage for her, that she is used to living in 😊.

We are a stable family, we get around +60000nok per month, so with the deposit, and extra costs we have no problem at all. We also can provide documentation about our jobs and salaries 😊

We want a place to stay for a long period of time, 1year minimum. Also, we are very flexible on moving in to other house. Our landlord said that we are free when we are gonna feel that we are ready 😁

We can pay extra deposit for our bunny, but i can guarantee that she does no harm in the house 😊

we are living here in Grorud around 3years, but there are coming new tenants in free rooms (3 people), so we dont really want to live 5 people in house, we respect and prioritise peace and quiet 😊
