My name is Francesco, I’m 26 years old and I’m currently finishing my Master’s in Geoscience at the University of Oslo. From August I’ll be starting a full-time position as a geoscientist in Sandnes.

I would describe myself as a calm, respectful and tidy person. I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially hiking or going on small trips during the weekends. During the week I usually keep a quiet routine — I like relaxing at home in the evenings, maybe watching a movie. I don’t smoke and I don’t have pets.

I’ve had several experiences living in shared apartments (Brisbane, Berlin and Oslo), so I’m easy to live with: I respect others’ space and routines, I value keeping common areas clean, and I’m generally a quiet person. I really appreciate a peaceful and well-organized environment, so I believe I would contribute positively to the co-living and help maintain a good atmosphere in the flat. Also, the apartment looks great from the pictures, which definitely makes me even more interested.

Language-wise, I speak English and Italian fluently, a bit of German, and I’m currently learning Norwegian. I already understand some Bokmål (depending on who is speaking), but I’ll need a bit more practice to fully handle the Stavanger dialect!

I’m planning to move in from the beginning of August and I’m looking for a long-term stay.

Ideally, I’m searching for a room in the area between Stavanger University Hospital and Thon Hotel Sandnes.
