Hi Vegard, good day!
My name is Razelle, and I’m interested in renting the place.
I am currently studying at OsloMet, and my student housing contract ends at the end of July.
I have a permanent job as cafemedarbeider. I am quiet, and I do not smoke, drink, or party. My current roommates and previous landlords can be contacted for references.
I have applied for a master’s program at NMBU, and the admission results will be published on July 31. While the Student housing in Ås will be offered starting in October. If I am admitted to NMBU, I would be happy to rent the apartment until December 2026.
If I am not admitted, I will likely only need to rent for the month of August. Would it be possible to start with a short-term agreement, for example just for August? And I’ll see if I can extend once I receive my admissions?
