Hi! I am a researcher at University of Oslo looking for a room starting between mid June to mid August. I moved from the US in March and I only speak a little Norwegian but I am eager to learn more!

I enjoy spending time outdoors in the backcountry - especially hiking, scrambling, and packrafting - so I may be away for much of the summer. When I lived in Arizona, I went hiking in Grand Canyon nearly every weekend. Now, I want to get better at skiing. When I'm home I enjoy cooking, reading, lounging, and studying maps. I like to maintain very tidy shared spaces and occasionally invite small groups of friends over for evenings. I'm a quiet housemate, early riser, and non-smoker.

I'm hoping to find roommates who enjoy socializing and going on adventures together, and also respect each others occasional need for alone time. I'm still building my network in Oslo so I hope to find some friends with common interests. Reach out if you're interested in meeting up or living together!
