Hello! I am an active, outdoorsy, single woman who recently moved to Norway to work as the CEO of my Norwegian company. For nearly 18 years I was an associate professor of education at Rutgers University in the USA, and I now own multiple businesses that are predominantly online. I spend a lot of time working at home. This means a quiet, steady workday and meeting with clients from around the world.

I live alone and enjoy the outdoors. Parties and noisy gatherings are not my thing. I love living in quiet surroundings where I’m close to nature. I am known as a considerate and respectful neighbor.

Both human and canine fitness are big passions of mine. Two of my businesses specialize in teaching people how to keep their sport and working dogs fit and healthy. I have experience with search and rescue and tracking dogs, but I currently have no pets. My 13-year-old dog recently died of cancer, and I would like to get another dog in the next year or so.

I moved to Oslo this summer and currently have a short-term rental. I’m looking for the right place where I could live for one or more years. I prefer to live outside the city center, preferably close to the countryside and nice hiking trails. At the moment, I would like good access to the city because I do not currently have a car.

I have previously lived in Luxembourg, Chile, Spain, and South Korea. This has provided me with great experiences adapting to new places and cultures. I’m currently learning Norwegian, have a Norwegian tutor, and I look forward to becoming part of the local community.

I am in the process of obtaining a BankID and should have it soon. In the meantime, I can provide documentation of sufficient funds to cover the deposit and rent for more than one year.
