Reliable and Tidy Tenant Seeking a New Home:
Hi! My name is Mario Legaspi IV, and I am originally from the Philippines. I am currently looking for an apartment/house for my family (myself and 3 daughters--17, 11 and 6 yo) as we migrate to Norway this June 2026.

About Me:
I am a very tidy and responsible person who takes great pride in keeping my living space clean and well-maintained. I value a quiet and peaceful home environment, as I do not party and prefer a calm atmosphere after work.

A few key details regarding our move:

Relocation Support: Our move is being managed and supported by Relocation AS, who are assisting us with the transition and logistics.

BankID & Documentation: As we are currently mid-migration, I do not have a Norwegian BankID yet. However, Relocation AS will be assisting me with the formal processes once I arrive in Norway.

References: I am happy to provide a personal/professional reference from a contact I have here in Norway who can attest to our reliability as tenants.

Employment/Income:
I am currently employed as a Senior Technical Account Manager at TELUS Philippines. I recently secured a new Norwegian job under Deel AS (starting this June) which is a permanent role and that it provides me with a stable income. I am a reliable payer when it comes to rent and bills. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics engineering and I am currently working in the field of IT.

Interests:
In my free time, I enjoy motorcycle riding and PS5. I am family oriented so I usually travel with my family to enjoy our time together as we go to places . I am a non-smoker and have no pets.
