Hi!

We are family looking for a new place to rent, since the owner of the current place wants to sell the apartment.

We are looking for something that has at least 2 bedrooms and is bigger than 60 m2. We would prefer a place in Ranheim, since our kid is going to Ranheimsfjæra barnehage and we don’t own a car yet.

We have to move out by the end of April.

About us: we are a family of three, from Latvia. Our son was born here in Norway. Our son is almost 5-year-old and he has barneautisme. We would prefer a place where no one lives under, because he loves to jump (sometimes even on the floor), usually he is not loud, but he is not verbal (he doesn’t speak), so sometimes he can loudly disagree or show his dislike towards something.

Me (Veronika) work a part time job as a cleaner and my husband (Elgars) starts a new full-time job in April in construction. We have been in Norway for more than 5 years now and have all the necessary permits. Just have left to learn the language. 😊

We don’t own any pets (but would love to), but if that’s something owners don’t want, then we don’t insist.

Elgars smoke, but always outside and don’t soil after himself.
