Looking for house for long term rental in MadlaMark area and nearby AmfiMadla, DNB Arena, Goosen skole.
A little about myself:
My name is Ravil, I am 43 years. 3 years in Norway. On Full-time job at Halliburton AS as a drilling engineer delivering projects for Equinor and VarEnergi.
Currently looking for a comfortable long‑term place to live with my family. Family consists of five of us, two adults and three children: 8 years, 5 years, 2 years, all three girls.
8 years girl is on 3rd grade at Madlamark school.
5 year girl and 2 year girl in Molkeholen kindergarten.
So we looking for a new place in a walking distance to school and kindergarten.
Hope that such a big family is not scary you, should to mention that kids are taking care about housekeeping and not damaging interior of the house.
My current lease will be terminated in end of April, but we can move in new place as soon it is available. The main reason current lease terminate is landlord has changes in family situation and plan to move back into the property himself. This is not an easy decision for the landlord, as she is truly appreciate having us as tenants over the past three years, landlord very grateful for the way we have taken care of the house and garden 🪴.
