Hello everyone,

My wife and I are moving to Norway in July and are currently looking for a long-term apartment to rent in the Oslo/Drammen area.

We are currently living in Bratislava, Slovakia, and are relocating to Norway due to my new full-time position at a Norwegian technology company. My wife is a violinist and will continue her studies and musical/pedagogical work.

We are a calm and responsible couple who value a clean and well-maintained home. We do not smoke and we do not have pets. In our current apartment we have always paid rent on time and taken good care of the property. We can provide references from our current landlord if required.

We are ideally looking for:
• Location: Oslo / Drammen / Lysaker / Sandvika / Bærum area (but open to nearby areas) - preferred areas in description.
• 1 - 2 bedroom apartment (preferably with a balcony)
• Long-term rental
• Move-in: July

A little about us:
• Married young couple
• No pets
• Responsible tenants
• Stable income (signed work contract starting in July)
