Hi, my name is Nicola, I’m 26 years old and originally from Italy.
I will be starting a full-time position at Cisco in Oslo from July, and I’m currently finishing my Master’s degree in Digital Business Management at Aarhus University. I have been working alongside my studies as a frontend developer, so I have a stable financial situation and a professional background in tech.
I am a tidy, responsible and quiet person. I don’t smoke and I take good care of the place I live in. I have experience renting apartments abroad, so I understand the importance of respecting the property and maintaining a good relationship with the landlord.
I will be living alone. I am in a long-term relationship, and my girlfriend (who works remotely) may occasionally visit, but the apartment will primarily be for myself.
I am looking for a long-term rental and a place I can treat as a home.
