Before dedicating myself fully to the culinary profession, I was a football player. That background taught me discipline, teamwork, responsibility, and the importance of performing well under pressure — qualities that I bring with me into the kitchen every day.

I maintain a very healthy and professional lifestyle. I do not smoke, I train regularly in the gym, and I take good care of my physical condition. Because of my sports background, I am used to hard work, long shifts, and staying focused even during busy services.
