Utfyllende informasjon

My wife and I, along with our young son, are returning to Trondheim and are looking for a long-term rental starting on or around May 1st, 2026.

We are very familiar with Trondheim, having lived here for many years. My wife is a PhD candidate at NTNU and is returning from maternity leave, and I work remotely as a composer, music producer, author, and for an online guitar academy. We both have stable, ongoing income. We both completed our masters degrees at NTNU as well, my wife in architecture in 2018 and myself in music in 2023.

We have an extensive rental history in Trondheim and are happy to provide references from previous landlords upon request. We should also mention that we will not be arriving until the beginning of May, which means we are unfortunately unable to arrange an in-person viewing beforehand. We would of course be very happy to arrange a video call viewing, and are glad to provide income documentation or any other information that might help give you confidence in us as tenants.

We are hoping for a lease of at least one year, ideally longer, and are committed to being reliable, respectful tenants.
