My name is Roos van de Watering and I’m a Dutch 23-year old currently in her Master Biomedical Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology. The final part of my Master’s degree consists of this internship, and I see it as the perfect opportunity to broaden my horizons and gain international experience. I am very excited to share that I have been accepted for a research project at Oslo universitetssykehus, where I will contribute to Parkinson’s disease research. My internship will take place from May to September 2026, and I will be moving to Oslo at the beginning of May. I am therefore looking for a furnished room for approximately five months, ideally starting 1 May.
For the past five years, I have lived in my own student room with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities, so I am very used to communal living (and cleaning ;) ). During the week I will be working full-time, so I mainly need a simple, quiet room to come home to. In my free time I like being outdoors, hanging out with/making friends and dancing. Of course I will also like to use my free time in Oslo to study the Norwegian language and I plan to be fluent in it by the time my internship is over. Would you be interested in renting the room in your apartment to me? I would love to get to know you better over a videochat if possible.
