Hi,
I hope you are doing well.

My name is Sonam, and I am writing to express my interest in renting your apartment. My husband and I are both IT professionals. My husband works as a Software Manager at one of Norway’s leading investment fund companies in Oslo, and I work as a Software Engineer at an airline company.

We moved to Oslo last year with our six-year-old child, and we are now looking for a larger apartment, as our current home has become too small for our family’s needs. Our child attends Sinsen skole, so we are specifically looking for a comfortable home near the school, with at least two bedrooms.

We are interested in a long-term rental. We are a quiet and respectful family, non-smokers, and we do not have any pets. In our free time, we enjoy outdoor activities, traveling, and exploring Norway’s beautiful nature. We have also been living in Europe for the past four years.

We would be happy to view the apartment at your earliest convenience. Please let me know a suitable time for a viewing, and if there are any documents or details you would like from us in advance. We are looking to move in from 1st May 2026 with possibility of moving 1 week earlier as well. I have a Norwegian permanent number and resident card.
