I am a full-time researcher from Japan, currently employed by one of the largest telecommunications companies in Japan. I will be staying in Oslo as a visiting researcher at the University of Oslo for one year, starting in March.
I will be living together with my wife and our two young children, aged 1 and 3. We are therefore looking for a home that can comfortably accommodate our entire family. We value a quiet, clean, and respectful living environment and maintain a calm and well-organized daily routine.
As my research activities will be based at the University of Oslo, we are particularly interested in accommodation located close to the university campus or with convenient access to it.
The full rent will be covered by my employer, ensuring stable and timely payment throughout the entire rental period. We would take very good care of the property and hope to establish a smooth and trustworthy relationship with the landlord.
