• Hello! My name is Alex Rausch, and I am moving to Oslo for a 2 year research position in the philosophy department at the University of Oslo.

• My wife, Serena, and I are looking for a friendly landlord to rent our first Oslo residence from.

About us:
• Newly married, young couple from the United States who are introverted, friendly, respectful, and clean.
• Primarily academic and research interests; we do not host parties or gatherings.
• IMPORTANT: We have two amazing pets accompanying us, who are extremely well-behaved and non-problematic. Beyla is a 4 year old Pyrenees who is gentle, kind, and has never shown a single ounce of aggression in her entire life, and Mousie is a 3 year old tabby cat who loves everyone, has never damaged anything in our home, and has a 100% success record with using his litter box. Our pets are truly parts of our family and are extremely well-behaved and clean. It is a huge journey for us to move across the world with them, and we hope a Norweigan family or landlord will be open to renting from us given the circumstances.
• The position is for 2 years, but we are happy (and, in fact, quite interested) to rent for a shorter period at first in order to get settled into Oslo.
