Myself (from New Zealand and 35 years old ) and my husband (Thrainn - originally from Iceland, 39 years old) are looking for a warm, quiet and safe place to live. We have moved to Norway this year and are excited to find a beautiful place to live! We are homeowners in New Zealand, so we understand and respect the home we live in! And we have tenants also living in the property we own, so we understand what is expected of tenants as home owners ourselves. We love the outdoors and to travel regularly. We are excited to find our next home :)
We are ideally looking for a detached house as we own our own detached house in New Zealand. We have our own home rented out, so we know how important it is to have great, tidy and responsible tenants.
We are professional workers but we prefer to not be in the city centre, as we like nature, hiking and being outside. I (Charlie) also love gardening and very much miss my garden in New Zealand, so outside areas are a bonus for us and will be well looked after.
We like space and are not looking for an apartment nor anyone living above us, as we value peace and quiet.
We are open to more areas than what I have ticked, as we don't know Oslo that well yet and we are really looking for the right place.
We need a minimum of 2 bedrooms and ideally we are looking for homes that are furnished too. Good connection to public transport is also very important.
