My family consists of my wife and our baby, due on April 27, 2026. I will move to Oslo first, and my wife and child will join me later in 2026.

Rental Preferences:

Looking for a furnished apartment, as our shipment from Korea does not include furniture.
Shipment of personal belongings and small appliances will arrive around March 15, 2026.
Prefer a long-term lease (minimum 3–4 years) with a possibility of extension.
The rent will be fully paid by my employer, so there is no risk of delayed payment.

Professional Background:
Our company is active in the power and electrical industry, collaborating with Statnett and planning future cooperation with Statkraft. I specialize in ultra-high-voltage transformer projects.

I will take great care of the apartment, maintain it clean and tidy, and ensure all obligations are fully met.
