I am a Portuguese craftsman with my own company looking for a place (not a room) from February 15th. As a person I am very decent, reliable, calm, non-smoker or party and take good care of the place. I want to rent a fully furnished detached house or apartment.
I do not want a basement apartment or 1st floor in a detached house. Rental period; until end of September if possible, with 1 month's mutual notice and deposit. The accommodation must have parking.
