Hi, I’m Christin!
I’m an open-minded, very active, social and culturally curious person. Whether it’s crafting, hiking, or drawing, I love trying new things and spending time outdoors. The latter was what brought me to Norway last year.
I work in the tourism sector, I’m 33 years old, and I speak fluent English and German. My Norwegian is still improving, but I’m happy for any opportunity to practice and have conversations in Norwegian.
I love cooking (mostly vegetarian, preferably together), hiking, and dancing. For cozy music evenings, I can bring along an accordion and a handpan – though I can’t promise top-notch musical skills just yet! 😉
A good sense of community is important to me: evenings around a fire or the kitchen table, honest conversations, and a home where everyone feels comfortable.
I’ve lived and worked in many countries (New Zealand, Italy, Canada, and most recently Norway) and have shared homes with anywhere from 2 to 7 people – so I bring plenty of experience with communal living:).
