Hey, I was supposed to take over a lease from august 1rst, but i will not be abble to unfortunately.

I am searching for another student to take my lease, for a classic studio in Grunnerloka, brand new for 12680/month, 550 more for electricity.

Classic Studio: In February 2026, construction stage 2 of our latest project was completed! Move right into our brand new studio apartment. Here you stay comfortably with high standard, modern touch, large windows and good ceilings. Each unit is equipped with a private kitchen and bathroom, as well as good storage options with wardrobes, drawers under bed and shelves. The residence is located on the 2nd – 5th floor of the property.

As a tenant at Campus Living Grünerløkka, you also get access to attractive common areas in the building. The property contains social lounge, reading room, yoga room, cinema room, roof terrace and lush back garden. In addition to this, you get bicycle parking, shared laundry and the opportunity to rent a storage room.

Campus Living Grünerløkka consists of 2 properties located wall to wall; Gothenburggata 38 and Gothenburggata 42. Gothenburg Street 38 opened in September 2025, while Gothenburg Street 42 will be completed in February 2026. The project constitutes Campus Living Grünerløkka, which is fused together and you can use the many common facilities across the properties.
