We are Ismael (30) and Lucia (29), a couple from Spain currently living in Svensby. We have been together for about two years and are now settling in Tromsø. I recently started working as a web developer at OceanBox AS, and Lucia is a marine biologist who is currently looking for a job in her field. We are both learning Norwegian and enjoy practicing a little every day.
We are looking for a short-term rental in Tromsø or nearby, ideally for three months to begin with. If things go well, we hope to stay longer. We can move in as soon as possible. Our budget is around 17,000 NOK per month, but this is flexible if it's the right place.
As tenants, we are calm, responsible, and easy to communicate with. We live a quiet lifestyle, go to bed early, and like to keep things tidy and clean. We do not smoke and do not have pets. Outside work, we enjoy sports, yoga, reading, pottery, photography, baking, gaming, and hiking. We prefer to socialize outside home and value a peaceful and organized environment.
We share daily tasks equally. One of us cooks while the other cleans, depending on how the day goes. What matters most to us is a comfortable and quiet place with good transport connections.
Friends describe us as thoughtful and easy-going. We hope to find a nice and cozy place to call home for a while.
