My name is Xu Jiabin, and I am from China. I am 32 years old and hold a doctoral degree from Wuhan University. I am married and currently work as a university lecturer at a university in China.I plan to conduct a one-year visiting study at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) .
We are looking to rent a house near NTNU. The house should be equipped with basic furniture, including a wardrobe, a desk, a refrigerator, and a washing machine, as well as a double bed. We require a private bathroom, while the kitchen and living room can be shared.
We have certain requirements for the location of the house. It would be ideal if it is within walking distance or reachable via a short public transport ride from NTNU, which will facilitate my daily commute for academic exchanges and research work at the university.
Additionally, we would appreciate flexible payment methods since I do not currently have a BankID.
We are polite and cultivated, attach great importance to the public environment and the living experience of others, and will keep the interior quiet and tidy, ensuring we do not cause any disturbance to neighbors.Moreover, we have stable financial resources, fully enabling us to pay the rent on time. We will strictly abide by all terms of the rental contract and earnestly fulfill our responsibilities and obligations as tenants.
