Dear Owner,

We are writing to express our interest in renting your apartment in Oslo. We are a couple, Dana (41, Romanian) and Alessio (38, Italian). Dana works as a massage therapist and beautician and she is running her own business in Tenerife and Alessio is a professional chef – both with more than 10 years of experience in our respective fields.

For the past decade, we have been living in Tenerife, Spain, but we have now decided to 0move to Oslo . We are motivated both by exciting job opportunities and by the wish to embrace new experiences, challenges, and personal growth in a new environment.
Dana is already in a hiring process with SQUEEZE Company and Alessio is having some work interviews to do once we will be there from 1st of November. (Flights already boughts)
Alessio already lived in Stavanger for almost 3 years and we have both references from our last rent apartments.

We do not have children or pets, we are non-smokers, and we don’t almost drink and we highly value peace, nature, and a healthy lifestyle. In our daily lives we are respectful, tidy, and responsible people who take good care of the spaces we live in. Friends and colleagues often describe us as empathetic, open minded, extroverted, and reliable.

We would be very happy to provide any further information or references you may require. Thank you very much for considering our application – we look forward to the opportunity of making Oslo our new home.

We are interested for long term contract but if that isn’t possible also 3 or 6 months.

At the moment, we are not yet based in Oslo, as we will be staying in Tenerife until the end of the month to finalize all pending matters here — work, housing, car, contracts, etc. However, we are available for a video call to get to know each other and, if we reach an agreement, to proceed with the reservation and any necessary payments so that we can move into the apartment immediately upon our arrival on 1st of November or first days of November.
