Hello, good afternoon,
My name is Yilvelis, and I am currently looking for an apartment to rent. It would be for myself, although my brother might occasionally come to visit and stay with me for a few days.

I have the financial means to cover the current month’s rent plus the deposit without any problem 💰. I also have the stability to cover the rent every month on time.

I really like the apartment and the area — it seems like a quiet and pleasant place to live. At the moment, I am studying Norwegian at Lidiaba, and I have been living in Norway for 13 years, in the city of Oslo 🇳🇴.
I have been living with my mother, who also resides here, as well as my brothers and sisters. However, I now wish to move out and start a more independent chapter in my life.

I am a calm and responsible person. I don’t throw parties or make noise.
