My name is Daniel Sancho Iglesias, I am 23 years old, and I am writing because I am very interested in the apartment you listed on Hybel.no for rent in Trondheim. I will soon be moving to Trondheim to take a Norwegian course at Brilla Institute, which begins between November and December and lasts approximately six months. I am also certified as cabin crew and intend to look for employment as soon as I arrive, with the aim of settling in Norway on a long-term basis if I secure a job.

In order to plan my arrival, I would appreciate if you could let me know:

• Monthly rent and type of contract (fixed-term, renewable, etc.)
• Amount and conditions of the security deposit
• Minimum lease term and options for extension
• Date the apartment will be available
• Included utilities and services (water, electricity, heating, internet, etc.) and any additional estimated costs
• Procedure to reserve the apartment (required documentation, reservation payment, lease signing)
• Conditions for the return of the deposit and any special clauses
