I am a freelancer working online, providing specialized training in rock climbing. My work focuses on teaching both climbers and climbing coaches how to apply an evidence-based training methodology. I am currently regarded as one of the leading climbing coaches in the Spanish-speaking world. I have been invited to give lectures at several Universities and I work with students from all over the world.
I am the author of a climbing training book with nearly 10,000 copies sold worldwide, translated into English and French, which has helped me consolidate my international career.
Beyond my professional work, climbing, the mountains, and skiing are my greatest passions. I usually live in Jaca, in the Spanish Pyrenees, surrounded by mountains, where I own my own home. I have decided to travel across Europe in 2026 and explore unique destinations, such as Northern Norway (which I already know and truly value), combining my online work with the opportunity to stay in direct contact with nature.
