Hello! My name is Clay, and I’ve recently relocated from the U.S. (Minnesota) to Bergen to begin a PhD fellowship at UiB. My research focuses on science education—basically how people learn and connect in STEM fields—so I spend a lot of time thinking, writing, and analyzing data.
I’m looking for a quiet, clean, and comfortable place to live, ideally within biking or easy public transport distance from UiB. I’d be happy to rent a private apartment (14,000 NOK/ month max) or share with considerate, tidy housemates (~ 2-3) who value a relaxed and respectful environment.
In daily life, I’m friendly, reliable, and organized—I enjoy hiking, cooking, and exploring Bergen when I’m not working. I don’t smoke, rarely drink, and always pay rent on time.
