Hi,
We are Ivan and Maja, a couple looking for a new apartment to rent in Oslo. We have been living in Oslo since September 2025 and are now searching for a new home because our current landlord is moving back into the apartment.
Maja is a postdoctoral researcher at Oslo University Hospital and Ivan works as a programmer. We treat every home with respect, keep it clean and well maintained, and always pay our rent on time. Our current landlord can also provide a reference.
We are looking for a nice and warm apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, ideally in between of 50 and 65 m². Our preferred move-in date is 1st of September, but 1st of October would also work (but not later). We are looking for at least 9 months rental period and our budget is up to around NOK 24,000, including utilities.
