Hei,
my name is Karolina and I am 23 years old and from Germany. Currently, I live in Bonn, the former German main capital, and I study here in my Master’s “Sustainable Engineering.” Next year I will do an internship abroad at NTNU in the Faculty of Engineering - Department of Marine Technology (IMT). This internship will last 3 months from February until the end of April, and for this internship I need an apartment/dorm room.

I am super easy and really known among my friends as someone for whom social anxiety is totally not an issue. I really like being with people, meeting friends and new people. A special fact about me is that I was born in Germany, actually in Cologne, which is famous for beer (Kölsch), but I never drink alcohol, because I can be open and relaxed at parties without a drink. But this doesn’t change the fact that I really like to go out and enjoy life – because in the end it is always too short, so in my opinion you should live every minute as if it could be the last one, because life is worth living.

In addition, I love going on hikes and I would really love to try Norwegian cross-country skiing (actually, I have never tried skiing - so it would be totally new for me - but I would really love to try). The norweign nature looks also so amazing so I am super hyped seeing the nature even during the winter month. Furthermore, I really like to cook and bake, especially for special days.
