Hej,
I am looking for a long-term accommodation alone or to share with one more person who finds themself as effortlessly cleanliness, non-smoking, peaceful, respectful, sociable, but also respects their private time. Someone with well-behaved dog are most welcome. I speak English, Portugese & French (still improving my Norwegian :) ).

I've been freshly moved in to Norway due to new technician job about half a year ago and still interested of proceed with my IT studies.

I have a history of taking good care of the places where I live. Now I am looking for a landlord who wants a stable and responsible tenant.

After a workday I wish to land in a cozy, peaceful home where I can relax and recharge. People find me calm, reasonable and easy going. My interests are music, spending time with family and friends.
The place should be:
- cozy and minimalistic(not fancy, but place with a soul),
- new(or well cared) and functional bathroom,
- functional heating and ventilation, preferably all fees included, the housing should not be in the basement. Parking place or/and closeness to public transport would be appreciated.
