Hello!

We are Artur and Laura, a highly responsible and dedicated professional couple moving to Oslo to commence our PhD programs at the University of Oslo.

We are seeking a long-term home, starting from the end of August 2025. We take immense pride in maintaining a meticulously clean and tidy living space. As we are focused on our academic careers, we lead a quiet, non-smoking, and alcohol-free lifestyle and do not host parties. We are confident we would be the perfect tenants for your property.

We are a multilingual couple, fluent in English, Lithuanian, and Russian, with some knowledge of Polish.

We are happy to provide references to attest to our reliability and character. If needed, we can readily obtain letters of recommendation from our academic supervisors or previous landlords.

We look forward to the opportunity to care for your apartment as if it were our own.

As we are international researchers moving to Norway for our PhD studies, we do not yet have a Norwegian BankID to verify our profile on this platform. But we are also available for a brief video call to get acquainted. We are confident that we will be stable and responsible tenants.
