Leietaker, 50 år

I am a single, mature (age 50) woman and I work professionally as a professor, jeweler, and writer. I work full-time in Oslo as PhD Researcher in Jewellery & Metals (100% contract) at Kunsthøgskolen i Oslo (KHiO) thus, I am looking for a long-term rental apartment for just myself. I am a seasoned international renter, from the United States originally but a resident of Estonia since 2016, and a former apartment owner in Chicago prior to moving abroad. I am very quiet, tidy, reliable, without debts and excellent credit, and without pets or children. I am happy to provide references and reference letters from previous/current landlords as well as professional and personal references, also including individuals in Norway.
