Hello,

We are writing in regard to the property you have listed for rent – it looks like a great fit for us.

My wife and I have recently sold our house and are now looking for a new place to live. My wifes brother would also be living with us – we are all adults, working full-time, responsible, and respectful tenants.

We also have a 5-year-old dog who is calm, and does not cause any damage. We own all the necessary furniture, so we would be happy to move into an unfurnished or partially furnished property.

We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to view the property at your convenience.
